Zufelt Construction Services transformed a tired looking accessory dwelling unit into a functional and attractive live/work space for one of our favorite clients.

After identifying and completing necessary structural repairs, ZCS piloted the design/build process from start to finish. Being a live/work space meant that clean lines, efficiency, and an open environment were paramount.

Rounding out the project with modernized HVAC and a new bathroom, we moved to exterior with updated deck, a safer balcony, stairs, and new paint.

We are happy to say that we continue to support our client to this day with all construction needs and improvement projects that arise for them.
