Maintenance can take many forms. Usually clients reach out to us when damage has been done or areas of their home have aged out and are rotting, leaking, or simply need to be retired and replaced.

We very often repair or replace unsafe decks and stairs, siding, windows, roofing, or patios & driveways. In addition, we've seen our fair share of leak damage, and are able to repair structural and cosmetic issues as needed.

Another area of maintenance ZCS works on are space refreshes and rent readies. We can clear out a space, clean it, paint it, and bring it back to life.
