Set on a challenging sloped site with an amazing Canal view, we were able to add one bedroom and an office to the project’s original floorplan through our careful site-development process, thus increasing re-sale value and the home's usability. Milled lumber from the site clearing was used throughout the interior to connect the family, their home, and their land.

Working closely via FaceTime with the homeowner, who has impeccable taste, and an eye for harmonious finishes, the final product is a home we are proud to have constructed.
