Zufelt Construction Services was fortunate to collaborate with a great client for this fun remodel project.

Rather than gutting and re-doing this classic home set on the Hood Canal, our client hired ZCS to remodel and refresh the entire interior. Working closely together, we presented all finishes as well as many unique ideas to our busy client to create a cohesive aesthetic.

Instead of simply replacing, we brought key components together with the use of custom color matching and modernization. These components, such as heat registers, older lighting fixtures, and remnants from past updates, are often replaced, thinking new must be better. We took a different approach by updating components whenever possible. The result for our client is a clean, modern, and seamless look & feel – with a bonus of a minimum impact on the environment.

Before the interior refresh was started, we assisted with engineered structural repairs that were needed as pointed out in the home inspection at the time of the home’s sale. We have relationships with engineers, architects, and countless suppliers to ensure the process for all work we do goes as smoothly as possible.
