Energized by our client’s vision of their home’s potential, ZCS set about a transforming this gem of a property in beautiful Indianola, WA. The project required structural repairs, painting, rot repair, decks & walkways, stairs, doors, and a host of other things along the way.

ZCS worked with our client to clean every exterior inch of this home, as well as the garage – then proceeded to refresh and fix areas in need of repair. Before the work began, we ensured all engineering and permitting was in-order for our client. We replaced what was needed, matching siding and other elements to existing materials, and added new elements such as doors, trim, and composite decking.
